Loupe — questions under magnification

How is a campaign engagement structured?

Engagements open with a written scope note naming disciplines, proof rhythm and filing rules. Architecture work, if included, precedes direction. Each phase ends with an initialled PDF before the next begins.

What should a first brief include?

Send audience description, existing materials, internal deadlines and named reviewers. Avoid pasting channel wish lists without a single priority. We return a read memo within three working days.

How do proof sessions run?

Proof sessions are scheduled, timed and documented. We screen-share or meet on Unity Street. Marks are initials plus date on the PDF — chat reactions are not proof.

Do you work with teams outside Singapore?

Yes. APAC teams join by video for proof sessions and visit the studio when launch timing allows. Written records stay identical regardless of time zone.

What does a studio retainer include?

Retainers reserve monthly studio time across architecture, direction and production. Scope is listed in the engagement letter and reviewed each quarter.

When should launch communications begin?

Launch planning starts after the spine is approved. We map internal gates before external dates so sales and support receive copy early.

Can you match an existing brand voice?

We request voice guides and sample copy, then produce a short alignment memo. If the guide is outdated, we note gaps before production begins.

What is filed at engagement close?

A flat-drawer index lists master PDFs, channel notes, proof registers and decision logs. Your team receives the index by email and a bound copy on request.

Still unsure? Email [email protected] with your audience and timing — we reply with a read memo, not a sales sequence. For address and hours, see Lightlock.
