What we collect

When you email us, we process your address, message content and any attachments you send voluntarily. When you telephone the studio, we process your number and the substance of the conversation if you leave a message.

Cookie and storage choices

We store cookie preferences in a first-party cookie named vcs_consent and mirror the value in localStorage under cookie_consent_v1. Essential storage remembers your consent choice. Functional storage may support embedded maps when you allow it.

Google Maps

Pages on this site embed Google Maps to show our studio location. Google may collect device data, IP address and interaction data when the map loads. See Google's privacy policy for details. You can reject functional cookies on our cookie banner to limit optional loading behaviour where applicable.

We use contact data to respond to enquiries, perform contracts and meet legal obligations. Consent applies to optional cookies.

Access to mailboxes is restricted to staff who need it for client work. We do not sell personal data.
